Use only for the agreed purpose
Use data, samples, and research outputs only for the business purpose and users agreed in your order. Samples are provided for evaluation, not unrestricted campaign use or redistribution. This policy applies when incorporated into the agreement you accept and does not rewrite earlier contracts.
Check the rules for your audience
Assess the rules that apply to the recipient, geography, and channel before contacting anyone. Maintain a lawful basis and provide required notices; obtain consent where required. Public availability of a professional contact does not by itself establish permission to market to that person. A purchased list does not remove the sender’s obligations. Digitize remains responsible for its own processing and sourcing obligations.
Respect refusals and suppression lists
Provide clear sender identification and a working way to opt out where required. Honor objections, unsubscribe requests, and applicable do-not-call restrictions within the relevant deadlines. Check your suppression records before outreach, and keep the minimum suppression information needed to avoid contacting someone again. Do not resell or reuse suppressed contacts to bypass their choice.
Prohibited activity
Do not use our services for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, malware, or misleading communications. Do not use data for credit, insurance, employment eligibility, or other regulated consumer-reporting decisions. Do not target children, infer sensitive personal characteristics, or attempt to identify people from information intended to be anonymous.
Keep access controlled
Limit access to people who need the data for the agreed work. Use appropriate security and retention practices. Do not publish contact files, share credentials, bypass access controls, or extract website content in a way that violates rights, restrictions, or service availability. Resale and onward licensing require a separate written agreement.
Report a concern
If you suspect misuse, a security problem, or an inaccurate record, contact support@digitizeeagency.com with the relevant reference and a brief description. Use the Data Requests page for privacy or record-related enquiries. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated personal information. We may restrict affected access while a concern is reviewed, subject to the order terms and applicable rights.
